At DeerRun USA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fitness equipment; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Package the Equipment

  Securely pack your treadmill or fitness gear in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, power cords, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
